Ingredients for Mungfali Or Til Ladoo
(1) 1/3 Cup White sesame seeds
(2) 1/4 cup Peanuts
(3) 1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut
(4) 1/2 cup Jaggery
(5) 3 tbsp Water
(6) 1/4 cup Cardamom powder
(7) Oil a bit for greasing
Preparation method
1.Take a pan, heat it lightly and add white sesame seeds in it. 2.Now keep stirring the sesame in low flame till it splits and separates. 3.Stir them till it becomes brown in color and then take them out and keep them in a plate. 4.Now put peanuts in the same way in the pan and stir it on low flame. 5.Stir the peanuts till they become crispy by weaving them 6Now take out the peanuts in a plate and cool them 7.Now fry the dry coconut in the same pan till it becomes golden in colour. 8.Now grind these three together coarsely and mix cardamom powder in it. 9.Now we will make jaggery syrup in the same pan. 10. Put water and jaggery in the pan according to you and stir it slowly so that the jaggery and water mix well. 11.Now keep cooking it on low flame till the jaggery starts bubbling. 12Now make laddoo by mixing all the things Now start making laddoo by mixing all the things. 13.
