(1) 1 cup Samak rice
(2) 3 tbsp Grounded peanuts
(3) 3 tbsp Ghee, for tadka
(4) 1 Potato, hacked into little parts of taste Salt
(5) 4 tbsp Curd
(6) 1/2 tsp Jeera
(7) 1/2 tsp Garam masala1 Star anise
(8) 1 Clove
(9) 1 Cinnamon stick
(10) 8-10 Curry leaves
(11) 1 1/2 cup Water
(12) 6 Green chillies
(13) Coriander glue (a modest bunch of)
The most effective method to Make Samak Ki Khichdi
1. Wash samak rice and keep all fixings ready.
2. In a cooker, heat ghee. Add jeera, star anise, and cinnamon.
3. Add curry leaves and grounded peanuts. Cook till peanuts become brilliant in variety. Add chillies and coriander glue and saute for a minute.
4. Add potatoes, salt and garam masala. Blend well. Add samak rice, curd and water and cook until three whistles.
5. Samak rice khichdi it prepared to serve.
